| 12:00 – 2:00 PM | Smudging of the gathering grounds, with teachings by Chippewa Eagle Staff Carrier Arnold Albert explaining the history of the totem and the importance of heritage and responsibilities within the community. |
| 2:00 – 5:00 PM | Erection of tent, building of sweat lodge with teachings on the significance of each of these traditional shelters. |
| 5:00 - 6:00 PM | Barbeque with Chippewa Traditional Gathering Committee & Volunteers |
| Saturday, June 20, 2009 | |
| 12:00 – 1:00 | Grand Entry and Opening Ceremonies with celebration and songs to honour the flags and Veterans. |
| 1:00 – 3:00 | Traditional teachings of the Clan Systems from Chippewa, Munsee/Delaware and Oneida First Nations and Ceremony for Community Members renewing their cultural identity through their clan. |
| 3:00 – 5:00 | Songs and dancing to celebrate our heritage, communities and country. |
| 5:00 – 7:00 | Community Feast where everyone is invited to share a meal that is prepared by the volunteers or donated by people attending the event. |
| 7:00 – 9:00 | Songs and dancing to celebrate sharing and acceptance. |
| 9:00 - 10:00 | Men's and Women's Sweat Lodges with teachings |
| Sunday, June 21, 2009 - National Aboriginal Day | |
| 12:00 – 2:00 PM | Grand Entry with celebration and songs to honour the flags and Veterans and celebrate National Aboriginal Day. |
| 2:00 – 4:00 PM | Clan System Teachings to guide your life. |
| 4:00 – 5:00 PM | Songs and dancing to celebrate our heritage, communities and country. |
| 5:00 – 7:00 PM | Community Feast where everyone shares our food followed by a giveaway of a craft gift to all in attendance. |
| 7:00 – 8:00 PM | Closing and thank you songs, veterans lowering of the flags of North America. |
